1. Properties and Utilization

    Polyacrylamide (codenamed PAM) Appearance white powder or granules. Mainly for non-dispersed low solids polymer water-based drilling fluid flocculant, has a strong ability to inhibit the mud. Can improve the drilling fluid rheology, reducing friction, etc., without affecting the slurry viscosity and strong under suspension, for 24 hours almost no density difference, shear thinning effect is good, the cake sticking coefficient low; able to maintain the drilling fluid density, a thickening effect, can adjust the flow and the role of some fluid loss, and has a leak-proof sealing effect.

    This product should be dubbed in the use of 0.5% to 1.0% of the glue, and then slowly add the drilling fluid to prevent the addition of mud caused by local excessive coagulation, the dosage is generally 0.05% to 0.2%.

4. Transportation and Storage

    The product is packaged in three-on-one bag with the net weight 25kg, inaccuracy is±0.25kg .It should be put into dried storage room lest it is damaged, contaminated or dampened. We must avoid the kicks during the transportation. The quality can be assured to 2 years.
